Les was one of the first corporate executives to be granted membership in the American Academy of Dermatology.

Sergio Nacht, PhD - CSO

Sergio is a skin biologist with nearly 40 years experience as a leader in the industry with executive and research positions at such companies as Alza Corporation, Richardson-Vicks, Proctor & Gamble, Advanced Polymer Systems, and Cardinal Health - Topical Technologies. A member of the American Academy of Dermatology, the Society for Cosmetic Chemists and a founder of the International Society for BioEngineering and the Skin, Sergio has co-authored over 50 scientific papers and holds 16 US and International patents.,

Brian Riley - COO

Brian has nearly 20 years experience in entrepreneurial marketing, sales, distribution, and operations management within the personal care industry, with a focus on skin care. In addition to several start-up ventures, Brian has held sales and marketing positions at such companies as Johnson & Jonson, NeoStrata, HealthPoint, and Medicis.
